She loves mountains, good food and wine, dancing and her friends and family. Oh, and she adopted a grandmother, ask her about the story!
Lenka Pečivová
Logistics
Tomáš Kučera (Tom)
IT Support
An engineer at a crossroads in life, moving from cybernetics to self-development and theater. On his journey, two life-changing events took place: a pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostella and an encounter with improvisation. Tomas is a creative person, an engineer with a critical and conceptual mindset, coach of gymnastics and leisure activities, AI lecturer, improviser in a Shakespearean group and much more. He loves movement, mountains, wine, classical music and opera. He is capable to talk in rhymes (well, not all the times) and is learning to dance.
Ondřej Nečas (Neči)
Finance and Marketing
Neči is the father of the School of Applied Improvisation in the Czech Republic. He enjoys guiding students and leaders on the path of their true potential and awakening courage, confidence and a desire to make life a little more action-packed and satisfying. And impro helps him to do that!
Ladislav Karda (Láďa)
Evening Programme Creator
Graduate of DAMU at the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre and Songwriting and Scriptwriting at the Jaroslav Ježek Conservatory. He founded the ensemble České národní improvizační divadlo, which he led as artistic director. He does stand-up in the Underground Comedy group. He is a member of the NoD theatre. He is a singer, lyricist and guitarist in the band Cílená nejistota. In his free time, he plays computer games and stares at maps. He is hypersensitive and as of 2020 has been successfully treated for alcohol and drug addiction.
Jiří Drozd (Jirka)
Programing Support
IT business analyst during the day and improviser all the time.
Jirka loves improv in all its forms, as a spectator, on stage or an AI lecturer, because there are many ways to enjoy it. What he likes about applied improvisation is the fact that it is one of the possible ways of personality development, but in a more playful and non-violent way, which gives countless possibilities. And yes, he takes it personally :)
Outside, there's a good chance you'll find him with some kind of board under his feet.
