William is a trainer, executive coach, facilitator, instructional designer and theater director. William leverages his theater experience, unlocking collaboration, creativity, and the power of story. He has coached and trained executives at: The Singapore Stock Exchange, American Express, Siemens, Black Rock, Boehringer Ingelheim, Kaiser Permanente, Salesforce, and Google, among others. William founded the award-winning theater company Fratelli Bologna, writing, producing and performing original comedies in North America. He also co-founded award-winning BATS Improv and BATS School of Improv. His book of Improv Games is a must have for improvisers around the world. He has taught at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and has guest lectured at The University of Texas, University of Tokyo, the London School of Business and others. He has presented at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. For six year he was on staff at the world famous Circus Center in San Francisco teaching professional clowns and aerialists how to create drama with their skills. His former students currently perform with Cirque du Soleil. He has appeared in a few features films including, Hemmingway and Gellhorn with Nicole Kidman and Twisted with Ashley Judd and Samuel L. Jackson. And yes if you look closely you can see his face explode at the end of Raiders of The Lost Ak.
