Tomáš Jireček loves improvisation and examines it from many points of view. He looks up to her as an actor and lecturer at Paleťáci. Also as a lecturer of applied improvisation. He teaches soft skills and leads team building in companies, organizations and open courses. He also studies improvisation as a drama therapist. Cooperates with Cedr, o.p.s. and the Psychotherapy Center in Hradec Králové. Even in slam poetry. In the genre of spoken poetry, he produced the program Kontrabásnění with Jakub Klejch and Milan Duspiva. And last but not least, he deals with improvisation as a storyteller. In cooperation with Martin Hak, the performances bludištěM and Černá hodinka, as well as the holiday workshop Storyseč, were created. He tells Native American stories.
