Povilas Plukas is a learning designer who designs experiences that grow personalities and helps organizations to reach their learning goals. Over the last 12 years he has provided training courses on personal development, interpersonal communication, teamwork, change management, creativity & innovation, gamification and game design. In his training participants are engaged physically, emotionally and mentally. He is a founder and trainer of IMPRO GYM - a place where different individuals and organizations learn to navigate through uncertainty and become more comfortable with uncomfortable situations. Povilas has trained in Gestalt Theatre with the Gestalt Theatre Association, and in Experiential Learning with the International Academy of Experiential Learning.
