IMPROV Inc. is a newly founded training company with 25+ years' experience of corporate and performance spaces. We use the modality of applied improvisation to unlock career potential using our unique system: I.M.P.R.O.V. to Improve. IMPROV Inc. is a partnership of Victoria Hogg and Paul Speirs, who bonded over a mutual love of improv and stand-up comedy and who are determined to bring their strategy for success to workplaces everywhere.
