Nathalie Van Renterghem is has an expertise of 30 years in improvisation, as a playerand as a trainer. This both in artistic application (theater, dance) and in applications in dailylife, in the workplace and in (higher) education. She explores and writes about the value ofimprovisation training, and shapes it in training and workshops (communication,collaboration, leadership). Her organization Inspinazie pioneered in Belgium within the fieldof applied forms of improvisational performance and training and built an enormousexpertise. She also works as a conflict mediator in organizations and as a facilitator of groupprocesses (conflict, decision making) She’s the author of Improviseren: communicerenzonder voorschrift, which published in Dutch by Pelckmans April 2024.
