Michaela has more than 20+ years of professional experience in learning & development, internal communications and employee experience. She is an accredited adult education trainer and a passionate advocate of using applied improvisation in the corporate world to help create more collaborative, creative and psychologically safe workplaces. As a corporate trainer and facilitator, she uses improv to help build high-performing teams and develop future-ready leaders. Michaela loves sharing her experience as a mentor and volunteer in the “Day for School” program that connects professionals with students. She loves the outdoors and spends most of her free time trail running in the mountains.
