ABOUT /

Currently serving as Secretary on AIN’s Board of Directors, Chris is VP for Leadership and Culture at Koppett—a consultancy that uses improvisation and storytelling to build leadership, communication, teamwork, and creativity.  Prior to this role, Chris was the Director for Diversity, Inclusion, & Leadership Development at the University of Oregon’s School of Law.  Among the many highlights of his work, he particularly enjoys conversations with clients, peers, and colleagues that focus on ways we each can contribute to co-creating possibility.  Chris is constantly striving to embody his vision for a world that plays well together—learning and growing in ways that incite shared laughter, curiosity, flow, synergy, and the co-creation of something better.Laura serves Tulane University as the Assistant Vice President for Campus Life.  In her role, she works with the Lavin-Bernick Center for University Life, Housing and Residence Life, and Fraternity and Sorority Programs developing their individual and collective community’s capacity to thrive. She envisions a world where everyone is enabled and empowered to create positive sustainable change and believes in the restorative powers of music, a meal with loved ones, and the imperfect perfect beauty of the natural world.
