How much is a conference ticket?Thanks to the generous support of our AIN members, a portion of the early bird registration fee for this year's conference is being underwritten. This means your investment goes further, allowing us to offer a broader range of programs and resources. We invite you to join us and benefit from this incredible opportunity! Member Conference Cost for all four days (in US currency) Members receive $50 off the registration cost! Can I bring a guest?Guests of conference attendees have access to specific events and meals for an additional fee of $300 USD. One guest registration per full registration is allowed and is subject to availability.

Is housing/accommodation provided for conference attendees?Accommodation is not included in the ticket price. While housing isn't included in the ticket, we've compiled a list of local hotels and rental platforms on our website to help you find the perfect fit. We're here to help if you have any questions!

When does registration open?Registration is now open! Click here to register. Registration opens on April 1st, 2024 for Early Bird prices! Normal price registration will begin on May 15th, 2024.

What are the official conference dates?Our official conference dates are Thursday, July 18th to Sunday, July 21st, 2024.

How can I present a workshop/session/talk/Learning Journey at the conference?Our requests for proposals form is now closed. We will be contacting those who submitted in April and May. If you did not submit a proposal but have questions, please reach out to us via email.

Are there virtual/online opportunities for the conference? For example: Could someone present virtually from their home? And/or could someone attend virtually?No, this year, at our Global Conference, there are no virtual/online opportunities to present or attend virtually. The in-person format allows for valuable in-person interactions, networking opportunities, and a unique experience that wouldn't be possible online. If you're interested in virtual opportunities, we have our annual Virtual Conference which just happens once a year, usually in November.

What are the Learning Journeys? When are the Learning Journeys taking place?The AIN Learning Journeys are full-day explorations into a specific topic, theme, or experience before the main conference. Before the conference, an email will go out to those registered for the conference for an opportunity to purchase these additional learning and exploration opportunities. Learning Journeys will happen on Wednesday, July 17th and Thursday, July 18th, 2024. Learning Journey registration will open soon!
